Mediation Available in Central Oklahoma and Northwest Arkansas

Effective May 1, 2021, I am glad to make mediation available in Central Oklahoma and Northwest Arkansas without any party incurring travel expenses. I will maintain a physical presence in both venues. No file set-up fee or minimum mediation fee. Only charge for the actual time spendt in mediation or in pre-mediation review of materials or conferences with counsel.
