Task Force DRAFT Now Goes to House of Delegates

As the Chair of a Drafting Task Force, I have been working with the members of the Task Force in an effort to build a consensus as to what a proposed amendment to the Arkansas Constitution should look like that would provide for an appointment process to select Arkansas’ Supreme Court Justices. The Arkansas Bar Association will vote on the draft proposal at a special meeting to be held December 16, 2016.
