"Conflict Resolution" - Adjunct Professor - Fall Semester Completed

Just completed Fall semester - teaching two 3 hour sections of Conflict Resolution at the Univeristy of Arkansas, School of Law. This was a course overview of various alternative dispute resolution (ADR) processes - with a solid grounding in negotation, followed by emphasis on mediation and arbitrationn. Course was a mixture of lecture, role-playing and limited writing assignments - punctuated with wide range of guest lecturers, from attorney advocates, mediators, judges and Chair and Coordinator of the Arkansas ADR Commission.
