Presentation to Arkansas Judiciary

On October 18, 2013, I was honored to be the Moderator of a program presented to a meeting of the circuit court and appellate judges of Arkansas at their Fall Judicial College/Judicial Council Meeting held in Jonesboro, AR. The program was "Mental Evaluations of Criminal Defendants: A Review of Act 506", and provided a full discussion of the what/when/how and why for a bifurcated process of "fitness to proceed" and "criminal responsibility" forensic examinations.
