My primary focus is to provide parties with highly competent Conflict Resolution Services.  In limited situations, I would provide litigation services, including appellate representation.  My range of experience involves advocacy for plaintiffs and defendants in commercial, contract, employment, civil rights, regulatory and negligence litigation (including wrongful death), family and criminal law.  This is the only time an attorney/client relationship would be established.
