Fees charged at a negotiated hourly rate.  Written fee agreement to be signed by all parties before mediation begins.

Performing pro bono work has been a constant part of my legal career.    See Pro Bono, Public and Community Service section of my Resume [link​].  I want to continue in that tradition and assure that individual parties are not precluded from the benefits of  alternative dispute resolutions services.  With that as my goal, I am willing to discuss the need for services to be offered pro bono or on a sliding scale fee arrangement.
