Arbitration

Like litigation, the integrity of the arbitration process is inextricably tied to the qualifications of the arbitrator.   What each of us wants in a decision-maker is a person whose integrity is above reproach, whose temperament is marked by patience, fairness and impartiality, and whose competence in conflict resolution is recognized by his peers.  My career has been marked by fair and effective assessments of situations involving incomplete and conflicting factual patterns.
